  BS7176, BS3379, BS5867 Fabrics for curtains, drapes, window blinds and upholstery in non-domestic locations.

  The above mentioned fabrics have passed the Fire Safety test. Therefore, they can be used without any harm for window dressings and upholstery in domestic and non-domestic uses.

• Color Fastness & Abrasion Tests

  

  ISO 12947:1998

  What is this? It is a test that determines the abrasion resistance of fabrics! It concludes that a specific fabric is suitable for high volume, high wear areas, such as a family sofa, an upholstered chair, contract use in public areas etc. The final outcome shows that the fabric can be rubbed 40,000 times and will still not show any major signs of degradation. This means that even if 40,000 people sit on your fabric, it will be just as great as the day you bought it!!
